Dr. Liew received her undergraduate medical degree and Master in Orthopaedic Surgery from University of Malaya. She subspecialises in Hand and Microsurgery and was trained locally in public hospitals under the Ministry of Health Malaysia. She also obtained fellowships in hand, wrist, elbow and trauma abroad from London, UK and Seoul, South Korea. She has vast experience in treating adult and paediatric hand and wrist trauma, tendon injuries, nerve compression syndromes, degenerative arthritis, wrist and elbow sports injuries, tendinopathies and congenital hand deformities in children, hand tumours and infections.
