Mr Gagan taught in the United Kingdom, Egypt, South Korea, Ukraine, and the United Arab Emirates for 19 years before joining IGBIS. His focus is history, although he has had the opportunity to be both TOK and CAS coordinator, and teach geography and business. Mr Gagan believes strongly in making learning interesting and ensuring students take ownership of their studies. His passion is military history, an armed forces background predominantly the reason, but enjoys politics too. He originates from Manchester, England, so is obviously an avid Manchester United fan. Outside of the classroom, Mr Gagan enjoys reading, cricket and watching movies.
