Rubina has over 35 years’ experience in manufacturing, early childhood education and running a non-profit creative arts centre for children. She played a key role for 17 years as Principal/ Proprietor of Stepping Stones Montessori Pre-school in Johor Bahru. Rubina was General Manager in the pioneering management team that set up Pusat Kreatif Kanak-kanak Tuanku Bainun (PKKKTB): a unique creative arts centre targeting children aged 7-17 years from different socioeconomic backgrounds.
